How To

Leverage Our Success and Experience…
How to tell if the business you are looking at is for real:

Consider: as professional business consultants, some of our clients pay us consulting fees up to $1000 per hour. You can leverage our experience and get personal coaching to a potential multiple 6- or even 7-figure income in our Top-Tier direct sales program FREE.

Are you tired of paying for other people’s lifestyles by buying into their money games and schemes where they only pretend to be concerned with your success but are really only concerned in recruiting you and selling you their products so they can move on to the next victim?

Are you looking for a real business opportunity that will finally pay you what you’re worth while allowing you the time-freedom to live your life on your terms?

If you are tired of mickey mouse MLMs, pyramids or money games. Listen carefully…

I’m going to share with you right now, a few secrets of our success. These are the key factors of why our team is so successful and how to spot a legitimate, solid Internet business opportunity you can succeed with:

Find a mentor.

Someone who:
• you can trust
• has a system in place that you can duplicate to get the same results
• already has the results you are looking for
• is willing to listen to your needs and actually cares about your success

Make sure he/she has a financial interest in your success. He should earn a commission EVERY time you do.

Then make sure that their results are being duplicated. Are there other people using his system and having success? Ask to be introduced to a few of them. You will find that this is where most will come up empty because they are leaving a trail of destruction—and not success—wherever they go. It’s a good idea to talk to someone only in the business a few months. These are the best people to tell you if what you are being told is the real deal.

Evaluate the Products:

Make sure that the products being sold are legitimate stand alone products; products people would purchase without a business opportunity attached to it. Most network marketing and direct sales companies out there are built around the compensation plan and NOT a stand alone product. If what you are marketing is NOT a stand alone product, then you will have a hard time building a stable business. Ask the question “does anyone buy these products just for the products and not to be part of the business?” That’s not to say you can’t have a viable business that way, but it takes a more effort and has a lot lower success rate.

Buy the product yourself. There are several reasons for this. If you aren’t willing to purchase the product for yourself then this is a big clue that you also won’t be able to make money marketing that product. So stay away from that business. If you don’t own the product you can’t really believe in it and will not be successful marketing it.

It’s usually not required to purchase the product but the compensation plan always accounts for this. Review the compensation plan carefully and you will see it is always a bad financial decision not to purchase the product.

Also make sure there is a money back guarantee. This is required by law. Any purchase you make from your home you should have at least 3 days to review the product after you receive it to get a full refund. Make sure you ask. This really takes the risk out of the purchase. By the time you actually receive the product you have had time to see the company from the inside and will know if you have made a good decision.

Bottom line, if the product and/or service has no real value then it’s a money game. There are enough legitimate companies marketing legitimate products. Find one that feels right to you!

Evaluate the Marketing Strategies used.

You want to make sure the team you are working with has a real marketing system in place that anyone can duplicate. A fool-proof system that ANYONE can plug into and get results with. If you have to figure out your own lead generation or if the company relies on recruiting family or friends, RUN. RUN FAST!

If you don’t have a reliable way of getting quality prospects in front of what you are offering you cannot be successful long term. Real marketing systems that actually are proven to work are difficult to find. This is usually the weak link. So Look closely.

Evaluate the Company:

Make sure that the company has a long term vision and is going to be financially stable as long as you are going to be marketing for it. Do they have a transparent business plan?

Check for bad publicity. If the company has a lot of bad publicity, it’s for a reason. Bad publicity kills companies quick. Every company is going to have some complaints, but look for a pattern of complaints.

Find out where the company’s corporation is located. Make sure the company isn’t hiding offshore in the Bahamas or Panama somewhere to keep out of reach of the attorney general. This is a sign of company’s true colors.

Find out how the company makes it’s money. I know that seems obvious, but THIS IS THE MOST CRITICAL INFORMATION YOU CAN GET. The company you are dealing with should only make money off the sale of the products then you can be absolutely sure that all the tools, training and support you require to be successful will be provided.

You can recognize this as large monthly fees, such as a monthly charges for your corporate website. These are always self replicating websites that cost the company almost nothing to provide. So if there is a monthly charge for the websites then they are not focused on earning money from the sale of their products. Also if they are selling you leads, or have partnerships and alliances that are designed to line the company’s pockets with your hard earned money then they are making money without products being sold.

Evaluate the System in place:

Find a direct sales company to work with. I have personally never achieved a significant income with MLM-type business models. The attrition is too big and the commissions too small.

Choose a company that doesn’t require you to pre-purchase the products at wholesale up front. If you have to purchase inventory and then go sell it, the company has already made it’s profit from you and has no interest in your ability to actually sell the product to make your profit.

Make sure you don’t have to pass up any sales as part of a qualification system! You should be in a money-making position from day one. This is so critical. Every time you make a sale you should be able to earn a profit.

Make sure you don’t have to do any personal selling or explaining. Very few people are good salesmen. You do the marketing and the company should supply the sales presentation. Make sure there is a team of people in place to do this for you. You should have an entire team of people to support you.

Look past the hype:

That’s not to say you won’t see hype with good opportunities as well. Some Hype is a necessary evil. If you see some hype don’t worry about it and don’t get caught by it. Just review all the information to get the real substantial information.

Don’t get involved in any opportunity that doesn’t have at least a six-figure income potential within the first 12 months:

Business opportunities that offer lower income levels will take more time and effort than a part-time job that would actually pay more. The odds are, you will become discouraged and quit. The reward has to be worth the effort to give you the continued motivation necessary to succeed.

Use common sense:

If someone is telling you for a $150 dollar investment you will be making thousands of dollars a month, they just want your $150 and are going to show you how to spend more money to make money. Bottom line is these people will fail many of the tests we’ve discussed.

Of all the legitimate business opportunities I have seen, you can generally expect to invest 2 to 3 thousand dollars to start making money. This includes the cost of purchasing the product and/or service and your initial advertising costs. Entrepreneurs realize this.

If you’re not prepared to spend at least $2,000 then don’t waste your time or money looking for a business—what you are looking for is a hobby.

Learn to trust your gut:

If you feel good about what you’re doing. Great! Pursue it with everything you have. If you are leery and can’t get straight answers about products, services or systems, RUN! They aren’t telling you the whole story and only want your money.

You should be able to tell very easily if someone really does care about building a long-term successful relationship with you or if he/she is just trying to sell you something.

There are hundreds of scams out there. Beware. Many are cloaked in innocence and opportunity. Look closely.

Finally, is what you are about to do something you can be passionate about and would be willing and eager to share it with others?

If not, how can you be successful if you lack the self-confidence and pride in what you are doing. Do something meaningful and make what you do about “helping others”. Be proud and passionate and if you are using the right system, it will be impossible to fail!

Feel free to call me directly at my office at anytime to discuss anything I have covered here. You can also click here to get an overview for the company and system I use.
